Rosewater, freshly picked violets and cranberries. Delicate and finely spiced on the palate with a medium body.
Subtle aromas of dark berry, cooking spice and cedar emerge from the glass. The straightforward palate shows black cherry jam, vanilla, and star anise alongside round tannins.
This opens with aromas of baked plum, toasted oak and baking spice. Reflecting the nose, the straightforward, one-dimensional palate offers prune, vanilla and a hint of mocha alongside smooth tannins.
The nose is intense, complex, and delicate, with hints of violet, morello cherry, ripe plum, red berries, and leather.
Inspired by Provencal Rosés, the Rivettis decided to produce one rosé from their portfolio. The fascinating characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile, permitted us to create a wine that shows great character.
Bright Citrus, herbs and meringue are all on offer here. Medium - to - full - bodied with good density to the center palate. Good acidity drive, too. Finishes quite long.
Sassicaia - Bolgheri - 2019
The bouquet is especially intriguing with a very lively plummy fruit element that is enhanced by baker's chocolate, pepper spice, iron ore, caramel, and pie crust. There is also a green character that adds positively to the bouquet with aniseed, tea leaf, soya, menthol rub and black olive.
An intense ruby red with a bouquet of wildflowers, raspberry and plum. The taste is full - bodied, elegant.
Luscious sparkling Rose offers enticing pick hues and fragrant floral and berry aromas. The pleasant taste of red raspberry and fresh strawberry lead to a savory finish.
Dark tones and bright fruit definition with forest berry, wild rose and cedar wood.
Violet, raspberry and juniper flavors mark this elegant yet firmly structured Barbaresco. Hints of earth, iron and eucalyptus add detail as this tightens up on the finish.
Dense ruby red color. Aromas of blueberry, and Sachertorte chocolate cake.
Dried mushroom, berry and hazelnut character full body, round and silky tannins and a long and flavorful finish.
Fresh wild berries on the nose with hints of juniper and caramel. Warm, full- bodied palate with fine tannins, some freshness and energy and a long peppery finish.
Delicate and fragrant like the flower from which it takes its name (elderflower), the Moscato Biancospino shows elegant hints of citrus and white flowers.
