EK BOTTLED IN BOND RYE WHISKEY
Bottled in bond rye whiskey joins a rare club of rye whiskies ever to be bottled in bond. This whiskey was double pot distilled in 2016 & has been aging in new charred oak barrels ever since. Bottled at 100 proof this batch is a blend of just two barrels. A limited release, when this batch is gone it will be several years until they release it again.
EASTERN KILLE STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY
Straight Bourbon is double pot distilled from a recipe of corn, rye and barley grain then aged a minimum of two years in new, charred oak barrels. Straight Bourbon is made in small batches of hand selected barrels to achieve a rich, exceptional whiskey.
SCALLYWAG SCOTCH WHISKEY
Scallywag is a Small Batch bottling created using only the finest Speyside Malts including - Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. Bottled at 46% alcohol strength and non-chill-filtered, this Small Batch bottling has a distinct rich, dark colour - extracted purely from the fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during maturation.

This Gin is quickly earning the reputation as one of the best New American Style Gins in the world. Made from botanicals that grow locally in Northern Michigan - Juniper berries from Bear Creak Organics in Petoskey & lavender from Lavender Hill Farm in Boyne City.

IRON FISH GIN
Rooted in glacially formed soil and sourced from the endless greenery encompassing the Iron Fish farm – this perennial woodland gin is sown with Iron Fish estate grown and harvested winter wheat, a subtle hint of juniper, deeply chilled water from our aquifer well, and a bouquet of native botanicals, including sprigs of Concolor Fir, to give breath to a delightful harmony.

Combination of Calypso, Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Citrus and Tropical notes of Pineapple, Mango, and Grapefruit come through in the huge, yet surprisingly delicate aroma. The flavor backs these aromas with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Hop bitterness is not particularly intense, which leads to a very drinkable, New England IPA even non-IPA fans love.
