WINE SELECTION

BERVINI PROSECCO

Lingering streams of tiny bubbles release citrus and floral aromas. Notes of candied lemon peel and peach blossom are complemented by balanced acidity and pleasant minerality on the lasting finish.

MOSCATO

2020 - A wildly aromatic wine with abundant amounts of white peach, pear, orange blossom & honeysuckle. Delicately effervescent, lending a bright refreshing quality to an otherwise sweet wine with naturally low alcohol, & good acidity.

BLANC DE BLANC HALF BOTTLE

100% Chardonnay. No herbicides nor pesticides. The nose starts on notes of almond, lime, boudoir biscuits and grapefruit followed by aromas of butter and white flowers. On the palate the wine is lively and refreshing showing honey and ripe apples. Half Bottle holds about 2.5 glasses

CLEMENTINE BRUT ROSE

100% Provence = 100% Grenache. Dry to the bone, delicate & layered with aromas of fresh berries & spring flowers. Clementine is a result of a natural process using double fermentation over several months creating small, effervescent bubbles that dance on your palate.

GRACE ROSE

Grace is a Blend of Pinot Noir 79%, Chardonnay, 19%, & Regent 2%. This Pretty, Pale Rose has Flavors & Aromas of Ripe Pinot, Berry-Cherry Fruit. The Finish is Clean & Crisp.

BARREL CHARDONNAY

2020 - Golden lemon in color with a nose dominated by ripe apples and citrus fruit. Fermented and aged in French oak for 12 months, contributing notes of butter, toast and vanilla.

MARLAND CHARDONNAY

2018 - Stainless steel aged Chardonnay. Flavors of bright pear, golden apples, and creamy lemon curd.

CONCRETE CHARDONNAY

2021 - Concrete Chardonnay aged for 12 months in a concrete egg. Chablis-like but less acidic. Citrus fruits, honeysuckle, cream and a characteristic stony, smoky minerality.

CHABLIS PREMIER CRU

2019 - Fruity and vivid, with floral notes and hints of apple and pear. Bright acidity, with minerality and a palate balanced by roundness and finesse.

BURGUNDY CHARDONNAY

2020 - This chardonnay is cold soaked for 3 days prior to vat maturation for a 12-day period. 10% of the unfinished wine matures in new oak for 10 months, with the remainder in old barrels. Traces of smoke, citrus and reduction lead to round, delicious & attractively vibrant middle weight flavors that possess solid complexity & persistence on the appealingly dry and balanced finale. Pear, white Nectarine fruit, and a very pretty white floral quality. Slight creaminess, a fine balance of creamy white fruit and fresh minerality.

TROCKEN

2020 - Completely dry style Riesling with aromas of mineral, apple, citrus fruits, stone fruits and jasmine

COLD SOPHIE – DRY

2015 - Picked in late October providing the perfect chemistry for a bone-dry Riesling with lemon/lime, apricot and refreshingly crisp ending.

GERMAN KABINETT

2018 - An open-textured version, with a richly spiced midpalate and notes of ripe citrus and yellow apple. Generous up front, but tails off slightly on the finish. Remains charming nonetheless.

SPATLESE

2019 - Fruity and crisp, a hint of tart in the finish along with apricot, pear, and strawberry. Extremely smooth. A great winter riesling to enjoy alongside light meals or by itself. Medium acidity, medium body, and medium finish.

PINOT GRIS

The color is pale yellow with a hint of platinum in the core. Fleshy melon and white peach mingle with a hint of honey, richly textured and silky smooth.  A rich and complete wine with balanced acidity, delicious for sipping or pairing with light to medium-flavored cuisine.

2021 - Fresh, spicy flavor & notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, & citrus.

SAUVIGNON BLANC & SEMILLON

2019 - A classic blend reminiscent of the Bordeaux region of France. Flavors of grapefruit, lemongrass, lime, white peach, and green fig are carried on a silky medium body crescendoing to a lasting finish.

2017 - Lime, green apple, passion fruit and white peach.

NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC

2021 - Pale straw with green highlights. Powerful gooseberry, white currant, red capsicum, passionfruit, & lime peel aromas. Medium-bodied, with strong flavors of lime, passionfruit, lemongrass & a refreshingly smooth, dry and persistent finish.

2021 - Soft, well rounded texture with aromas and flavors of apple, lemon, gooseberry, nectarines & pineapple

TXAKOLI

2021- From one of the oldest Txakoli estates in the Basque region, founded in 1925 in the Gipuzkoan municipality of Zarautz, on the slopes above the beach. This gives the vineyards the ability of soaking up all the cool breezy, salty sea air all day. 100% Hondarribi Zuri, hand harvested, & fermented in stainless steel tanks, for only a few short months. Classic Basque Txakoli with that slight fizz we all love.Pale green with glossy hints. Strong aromas of ripe white fruit, almost tropical, in the nose, along with mineral, slightly saltly hints. Pleasant and fresh on the palate. Well-integrated acidity With a slight carbonic touch, lingering finish and agreeable aftertaste.

2021 - A true Wiener Gemischter Satz field blend of eight grape varietals including Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Chenin Blanc and Rotgipfler.

2021 - Tropical fruit notes with zesty orange & a sweeter spiciness. Bone dry

VERNACCIA DOCG

2020 - A lively, medium-bodied white from a high-altitude vineyard in Tuscany’s subregion of Pancole. Aromas of light peach, green apple, and white flowers. On the palette, almond, floral, acacia and lemon peel.

CHENIN BLANC

2021 - Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels

VOUVRAY

2020 - 100% Chenin Blanc. Brilliant yellow gold, aromas of apple, pear & citrus fruit; ample & round on the palate, refreshing acidity in the finish.

VIOGNIER

2019 Vintage - Aged for 12 months in French Barrels. Intense perfume of peach blossom, apricots, white flowers and violets. Although dry, the richness produces an impression of sweetness. Fermented and aged in a neutral French oak barrel receiving full malolactic fermentation.

EVIDENCE ROSE

2020 - This wine is ripe and smooth, with good balance between the texture and rounded red fruits. Bold shots of pepper and spice propel the palate forward.

SAVOIE PINOT NOIR

2021 - This 100% Pinot Noir is grown on the dark Jurassic limestone and black marl soils of Freterive, St-Jean-de-la-Porte and Montmelian in the heart of the Combe de Savoie. After harvest the grapes undergo a strict selection and sorting before fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. The wine is light ruby in color with wonderful aromas of small red berries mixed with earth, suave tannins and a firm acidity.

2016 BORDEAUX BLEND

2016 - Merlot heavy Bordeaux blend from the left bank. Attractive color with. violet hues. Intense new of ground pepper, spices, and dark fruit notes. Elegant palate, full-bodied, with flashy and smooth tannins.

SYRAH

2019 - From the vines in excess of 50 years on average from granite soils, this wine represents the epitome of Syrah from the oldest region of winemaking in France. From the hands of Olivier Dumaine to your table. This Syrah is bold, dry, and tannic.

THEGUDSHT RED (THE.GOOD.SH*T)

2020 - Bordeaux blend containing mostly Cabernet Franc (43%) & Cabernet Sauvignon (35%) with small additions of Petit Verdot (2%) & Merlot (20%). A wine with heavenly aromas of violet & blueberries, medium to full bodied, with extremely long perfect finish making a wonderful vintage of true cool climate red wine.... wonder why we call it "The Good Sh*t?

BAROLO DOCG

2016 - The king of Italian wines. This ethereally elegant red opens with scents of rose, crushed mint, red berry & hints of new leather. The polished, precise palate features strawberry compote, spiced cranberry, star anise & a dash of white pepper. It's well balanced, with fresh acidity & taut, refined tannins

BARBARESCO

2016 - The queen of Italian reds. Dried cherry, rose petal, blood orange peel, tobacco, leather, & tar. It is medium-bodied & bright, with the gentlest nip of tannins lending backbone & a recognizable array of “secondary” aromas/flavors beginning to creep into the mix.

CHIANTI CLASSICO

2017 - 100% Sangiovese. A juicy, flavorful red with cherry, walnut and cedar character on the nose and palate. Medium-bodied, chewy and flavorful.

CLASSICO SUPERIORE

2018 - Intense hints of cherry, blueberry, licorice & lingering accents of cinnamon & pepper. Soft & warm, structured velvet tannins & a very balanced acidity.

OLD VINE ZINFANDEL

2020 - Deep intense red, smells of blackberry, strawberry, warm spices, violet & humus. Smooth in the mouth, complex, full-bodied & very persistent.

CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE

2018 - Southern Rhone Red Blend. 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre. Warm and spicy red fruit and dense dark cherry notes, with richness & a touch of elegance to the finish.

BEAUJOLAIS

2017 - 100% Gamay. The pink granite and sandy soil typical of Fleurie contribute to the wine's fragrance, minerally taste, and soft tannins. Notes of spice cake and rose petal accompany aromas and flavors of ripe cherries and raspberries.

2019 SYRAH

100% Syrah from 50 year old vines. Excellent layered bouquet of cherries. Juicy yet structured with layers of black fruit, & a subtle streak of paprika. Savory and subtle with ripe & fine tannins, great length with a long finish.

2018 JAX CABERNET SAUVIGNON

2018 - Thick, dusty, textured and made in a full-bodied style, this wine succeeds in its complementary marriage between savory cedar, cigar and pencil shavings and dark black fruit dipped in chocolate shavings

BREAD & BUTTER CABERNET SAUVIGNON

This Cabernet Sauvignon expresses captivating aromas of mocha, ripe berries, violets, & blackcurrant with intertwining layers of subtle black pepper, toasted oak and rich vanilla. This beautifully crafted Cabernet Sauvignon enters the palate with layers of ripe blackberry and chocolate covered cherries.

2018 - 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 47% Merlot 3% Petit Verdot, aged 22 months in new French oak barrels

JAX BLOCK 3 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

2018 - Deep garnet-purple in color offering glimpses at warm black cherries, cassis & preserved plums with scents of a chocolate box. The palette is full bodied, packed full with bold black fruit, framed by firm, ripe, grainy tannins. Only 8 Barrels ever produced

CABERNET FRANC

2020 - 100% Cabernet Franc. Aged in American Oak Barrels for 14 months

2018 ZINFANDEL

2018 - The violaceous color of this wine is like a regal kings robe. Bouquet of cinnamon stick, cardamom, & green fig that immediately entices. Red fruit textures - fresh, jammy, and dried. Hints of raspberry, black olives, blackberry, crushed rose petals, & zaatar. There's a seamless integration of Tahitian vanilla in the background from a carefully selected mix of American & French oak. This wine has all the strength & power of a robust Zinfandel but wrapped with the gentle touch of Mother Nature & astute winemaking.

DABLON MERLOT

2017 - Fresh crushed blackberries, sweet incense, graphite and cedar aromas.  Flavors of rich black fruit, tea leaf, great acid and cranberry on a dry lingering finish.

TEMPRANILLO GRAN RESERVA

2013 - Plump black fruits blend with cacao & cedar notes, finishing with layers of smooth spice. Full-bodied with silky tannins & a long, smooth finish

SUSANA BALBO MALBEC

2019 - Intense ruby red color with aromas of blueberries, notes of licorice and flowers. An affable wine with intense body. Elegant finish and round tannins.

BEERENAUSLESE

2016 - Dessert Riesling. Made from noble rot. Aromatics include coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey, nectar and powdered sugar. Tastes like sweet bread orange cake and syrupy like agave. Up front flavors with mellow acid.

GEWURZTRAMINER SGN

2016 - Gewurtztraminer made from berry selection of noble rot. Rich gold in color. Look for cinnamon, cider like sweetness, anice, hibiscus and honey on the nose. Thick and creamy blend of lychee and pear flavors with a perfect balance of acidity.

CHERRY WINE

2017 - A blend of Montmorency and Balaton cherries brings a cherry pie with amaretto nuttiness to the glass. Add a little Christmas spice and dark chocolate to complete this amazing fortified dessert wine.

RIESLING ICE WINE

2017 - Winner of the Jefferson Cup. Seductively fresh, delicious pear and apple fruit comfortably sweet as ice wines are supposed to be at their best.
