Lingering streams of tiny bubbles release citrus and floral aromas. Notes of candied lemon peel and peach blossom are complemented by balanced acidity and pleasant minerality on the lasting finish.
2020 - A wildly aromatic wine with abundant amounts of white peach, pear, orange blossom & honeysuckle. Delicately effervescent, lending a bright refreshing quality to an otherwise sweet wine with naturally low alcohol, & good acidity.
100% Chardonnay. No herbicides nor pesticides. The nose starts on notes of almond, lime, boudoir biscuits and grapefruit followed by aromas of butter and white flowers. On the palate the wine is lively and refreshing showing honey and ripe apples. Half Bottle holds about 2.5 glasses
100% Provence = 100% Grenache. Dry to the bone, delicate & layered with aromas of fresh berries & spring flowers. Clementine is a result of a natural process using double fermentation over several months creating small, effervescent bubbles that dance on your palate.
Grace is a Blend of Pinot Noir 79%, Chardonnay, 19%, & Regent 2%. This Pretty, Pale Rose has Flavors & Aromas of Ripe Pinot, Berry-Cherry Fruit. The Finish is Clean & Crisp.
2020 - Golden lemon in color with a nose dominated by ripe apples and citrus fruit. Fermented and aged in French oak for 12 months, contributing notes of butter, toast and vanilla.
2018 - Stainless steel aged Chardonnay. Flavors of bright pear, golden apples, and creamy lemon curd.
2021 - Concrete Chardonnay aged for 12 months in a concrete egg. Chablis-like but less acidic. Citrus fruits, honeysuckle, cream and a characteristic stony, smoky minerality.
2019 - Fruity and vivid, with floral notes and hints of apple and pear. Bright acidity, with minerality and a palate balanced by roundness and finesse.
2020 - This chardonnay is cold soaked for 3 days prior to vat maturation for a 12-day period. 10% of the unfinished wine matures in new oak for 10 months, with the remainder in old barrels. Traces of smoke, citrus and reduction lead to round, delicious & attractively vibrant middle weight flavors that possess solid complexity & persistence on the appealingly dry and balanced finale. Pear, white Nectarine fruit, and a very pretty white floral quality. Slight creaminess, a fine balance of creamy white fruit and fresh minerality.
2020 - Completely dry style Riesling with aromas of mineral, apple, citrus fruits, stone fruits and jasmine
2015 - Picked in late October providing the perfect chemistry for a bone-dry Riesling with lemon/lime, apricot and refreshingly crisp ending.
2018 - An open-textured version, with a richly spiced midpalate and notes of ripe citrus and yellow apple. Generous up front, but tails off slightly on the finish. Remains charming nonetheless.
2021 - Medium Dry Riesling
2019 - Fruity and crisp, a hint of tart in the finish along with apricot, pear, and strawberry. Extremely smooth. A great winter riesling to enjoy alongside light meals or by itself. Medium acidity, medium body, and medium finish.

2021- From one of the oldest Txakoli estates in the Basque region, founded in 1925 in the Gipuzkoan municipality of Zarautz, on the slopes above the beach. This gives the vineyards the ability of soaking up all the cool breezy, salty sea air all day. 100% Hondarribi Zuri, hand harvested, & fermented in stainless steel tanks, for only a few short months. Classic Basque Txakoli with that slight fizz we all love.Pale green with glossy hints. Strong aromas of ripe white fruit, almost tropical, in the nose, along with mineral, slightly saltly hints. Pleasant and fresh on the palate. Well-integrated acidity With a slight carbonic touch, lingering finish and agreeable aftertaste.

2019 Vintage - Aged for 12 months in French Barrels. Intense perfume of peach blossom, apricots, white flowers and violets. Although dry, the richness produces an impression of sweetness. Fermented and aged in a neutral French oak barrel receiving full malolactic fermentation.

2021 - This 100% Pinot Noir is grown on the dark Jurassic limestone and black marl soils of Freterive, St-Jean-de-la-Porte and Montmelian in the heart of the Combe de Savoie. After harvest the grapes undergo a strict selection and sorting before fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. The wine is light ruby in color with wonderful aromas of small red berries mixed with earth, suave tannins and a firm acidity.

There's a seamless integration of Tahitian vanilla in the background from a carefully selected mix of American & French oak. This wine has all the strength & power of a robust Zinfandel but wrapped with the gentle touch of Mother Nature & astute winemaking.

2016 - Gewurtztraminer made from berry selection of noble rot. Rich gold in color. Look for cinnamon, cider like sweetness, anice, hibiscus and honey on the nose. Thick and creamy blend of lychee and pear flavors with a perfect balance of acidity.
2017 - A blend of Montmorency and Balaton cherries brings a cherry pie with amaretto nuttiness to the glass. Add a little Christmas spice and dark chocolate to complete this amazing fortified dessert wine.
